Re-opening this bug: when there is no ~/.byobu directory, but only
~/.local/share/byobu, byobu will create a new directory ~/.byobu with
default files in it.
I would have assumed that it would create a symlink ~/.byobu =>
~/.local/share/byobu at most - if not only using ~/.local/share/byobu.
