Hi Bilal Ever since I reset Unity using a command "unity --reset", this problem hasn't occurred again. Do you want me to change some settings as before and then follow this process to report the bug? Let me know and I'll do it.
The only thing I think I did was to reduce the icon size and some other tweaks with Unity after which I think this problem started occurring. On Natty, this still happens even with the default settings. If you do "alt+space" to access the window menu, sometimes the decorations will just go away. Let me know if I can follow the same process as you've described to report that bug for Natty (or with any other Ubuntu component even for Oneiric). Thanks for you reply.
