I know. So do all of the other people who are abandoning Ubuntu for alternatives like Linux Mint. > if you have multiple windows > associated to one and you minimize all the windows, clicking one time on > the launcher will raise the last minimized app, click again would show > all the windows in "spread" and you can click the window you want. That assumes you can determine which one you want from all of the thumbnails. Please actually try the use-case I described in my previous comment. Open 25 gvim windows, all on different files and then try to pick a specific one from the "spread". Thumbnails only works when you have a couple of large windows in which you can make out the contents of the thumbnail. It does not work for a couple of dozen windows all with text in them -- whether that's editor windows or terminal windows. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/875922 Title: no way to unminimize just one of many windows To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/875922/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
