** Description changed:

- Dual-monitor setup, under Nouveau. If I have two maximised windows, one
- on each terminal, only the focused window shows the unity overlay window
- controls (close, minimise, maximise).
+ 1. make sure you have dual monitor setup
+ 2. open 1 window and maximize it on one screen
+ 3. open another window and maximize on second display
  
- This means that the inactive window first has to acquire focus; only
- then we can operate on the close/minimise/maximise.
+ What happens:
+ When first window is focused on screen 1, the top panel goes blank on 
secondary montior and vice versa.
  
- Easily repeatable with a dual-monitor setup. Note that this bug does not
- exist on single-monitor setups -- or, rather, it is not at least easily
- visible.
+ What should happen:
+ the panel on the second monitor should not go blank and should have the 
title/menus of the onscreen app.
