No need to link since the Lexmark Optra Color 1200 uses a generic PostScript PPD, you can just as well select System > Administration > Printing, add printer, make: Generic and driver: PostScript. Better is to install the PPD file for your specific printer that is included on the CD ROM that came with your printer (http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Dell-3100cn).
