We've discovered now that a problem with the test meant that it was
actually the 40Mbit p/s speeds exhibited by the other systems in the lab
that were abnormal. They were using Ethernet to talk to the iperf server
and obviously achieved much higher speeds. I'm marking this bug invalid
to that end, until we find out anything further.
