Ok, I did some testing. Restarting geeqie does NOT fix it (tried 10+ times) Relogging (and thus restarting X and all desktop daemons) does NOT fix it (tried 10+ times) Rebooting DOES fix it (problem disappeared after first try)
This is weird... the only components, involved in graphics, I can think of that reset when you restart linux, but not when you restart X are... well... the kernel and the video card hardware. I'm running a Samsung Laptop with nvidia optimus. I am not starting geeqie with optirun, so it's running on the Intel card. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/893319 Title: Geeqie renders shadows incorrectly To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/geeqie/+bug/893319/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
