Hi Colin - As I mentioned in bug #906470, this type of issue is,
unfortunately, well known when not using full disk encryption. The
easiest option is to move ~/.local/share/zeitgeist into ~/Private and
create a symlink between the two locations.

Since this is expected behavior of both zeitgeist and the encrypted
~/Private setup, I'm marking this public to get more opinions.
