Right I think I see the problem:

md127 : active raid1 sdd1[1] sdc1[0]
      1953510841 blocks super 1.2 [2/2] [UU]

You can't rely on sdc and sdd being fixed device names these days (for
the last few years) - sometimes they'll initialise in the opposite
order; what does your /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf look like?
