The bug occurs when I input this in into the shell:
"evince
http://www.intel.com/content/dam/doc/product-brief/h67-express-chipset-2nd-gen-core-brief.pdf";

The file is very small, it is downloaded nearly immediately, when evince is
open and I see the file, it is already downloaded completely.
But I tried the file-change manually:
I touched the file in "/tmp/evince-10004" while it was opened, by:
"touch document.BYBL7V-h67-express-chipset-2nd-gen-core-brief.pdf"
This doesn't seem to have any influence on the reloading.

Then, I tried this:
"echo '1' >> document.BYBL7V-h67-express-chipset-2nd-gen-core-brief.pdf"
When I entered the echo-command, evince told me a little bit later in the right
upper corner that it is reloading, but there wasn't this whole
"downloading"-bar, which occurs on the bug.

If I download the file and open it this way, it behaves normal and doesn't
reload:
"evince h67-express-chipset-2nd-gen-core-brief.pdf"
