Yes. The problem still exists after several reboots. I'm about to just reload a newer version on Edubuntu (11.04). Just haven't found the time to try to "save" the desktop items and find out what I've installed since the original install. Getting a list of installed packages isn't working for me. Haven't been able to download updates or packages since the bug report was submitted. Not critical as this is occurring on my young son's computer.
