This is a bug; three years later, the manual submission form is still
unusable.
It is not possible to locate the 'Unique Submission Key' while other
fields can be guessed. Thus the manual filling out of the form is not
possible to do - and it needs to be *fixed*, not improved. Improved
would imply that it's usable to begin with - it's not.
