Hello,

This bug was reported with Ubuntu 9.04, which reached end of life on
October 23, 2010. Thus I'm marking this bug Invalid.

However, we are committed to making things work smoothly for you. If
you're experiencing this problem with a newer Ubuntu release, I'd
appreciate if you could file a new bug report about it, using the
ubuntu-bug tool:

ubuntu-bug checkbox

This will add debugging information which will make diagnosing your
problem easier.

I agree that the manual submission form is not user-friendly (rather,
user-hostile), but if you're seeing it, it's because *something* is
preventing checkbox from submitting data normally, something which
doesn't happen to the majority of users. Thus I think there may be
something strange in your system or network. But in order to diagnose
correctly, debugging data and steps to reproduce the problem would be
quite helpful. If you're still seeing the problem and are willing to
help us resolve it, this would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
