Erick, I wouldn't worry about timestamp discrepancies if I were you.
It's easy for such things to arise due to clock skew, timezone changes,
plain old confusion in HTTP clients about what timestamps mean, and all
kinds of things.  It's better to just believe the signed checksums
instead.
