I need to look at this, but the package has default configuration at 
installation.
So general.conf should be present.
Furthermore, even if not present, the application creates a default one.

The issue is related to:
null/general.conf

The "null" points, I think, that BIOMAJ_ROOT env variable is not
correctly set (should be set in the env.sh at package install).

The fact that application is owned by root is it creates some data in
different directories (logs, /var/lib/biomaj)
