* Merge from Debian testing, remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/patches:
+ xubuntu_fix-plugin-icon.patch: replace the inappropriate 'gtk-paste'
icon by the more informative 'clock'. lp: #636532

- debian/rules: add .in files to po/POTFILES.skip as well.
