Jesse, I will also try newer kernels on a new ubuntu installation I´m going to make later. Maybe I can get different results since it seems I´m the only one using the A4 APU.
However I can only help you through the weekend. This will be very helpful since newer catalyst drivers like 12.1 seem to be trouble for hardware. So the fglrx workaround might be no longer the best solution. By the way, Bardok: which release of Ubuntu are you using? I could try the kernels on Precise rather than Oneiric, to see if there are any differences. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/825777 Title: Display will not turn on in Oneiric with Llano APUs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/825777/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
