This might help.

One workaround I found is to use the followin URL :

http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html#117645

This will open the Flashplayer Settings Manager and will let you allow
access to the website. You can use the "Always authorize" to avoid the
flash popup that is causing issues.
