Till: Yes it seems to work _if_ I manually remove printer-driver-foo2zjs
(only hp-firmware is run) and optionally re-install it (both hpljP1005
and hp-firmware is run, latter actually works). But out-of-the-box after
the first time when plugin is installed, it's broken (only hpljP1005 is
run).

I've now rewitnessed that behavior, so it seems consistent. Not
understanding what's happening, it feels like out-of-the-box the foo2zjs
udev rule takes precedence and prevents hp-firmware udev rule from being
run, but after removing foo2zjs the hp-firmware udev rule works and
mysteriously even after foo2zjs is manually installed back.
