On my Kubuntu 7.04
In KSystemlog the following files are reported as not existing:
boot log /var/log/boot.log
acpi log /var/log/acpid old laptop with APM
apache log /var/log/apache/error.log
apache weblog /var/log/apache/access.log
samba log /var/log/samba/log.smbd
/var/log/samba/log.nmbd
