I have not been able to recreate this bug. I am using LibreOffice 3.4.4,
running on Ubuntu oneiric. Also tried with many programs open such as Evince
Document Reader 3.2.1-0ubuntu2.2 0, Mozilla web pages and Text Editor gedit
3.2.3.
With any of the windows open, the top bar does show the title of the window my
mouse is active in, but once I scroll my mouse to that title bar, the Menu
options appear.
