Are you sure there really is no issue on Xubuntu? It seems to me like it
should behave exactly the same way on both Xubuntu and Ubuntu -- if it's
not the case, as a first step make sure you update packages; then
provide us with more information as to what part doesn't work: if the
adapter fails to appear in the bluetooth menu; if it's visible but
doesn't allow pairing, etc.
