I didn't know about XDG, thank you for the information. The reason for the problem in my configuration: Folders "My music"... are encrypted with Truecrypt and must be mounted after login. XDG deletes the information, if the folder is not there during login.
I think, the issue must be reopened, since there may be many users having their music / video at a special location or removable / encrypted medium.
