I'm getting the same issue when trying to upgrade to Precise. When running "sudo update-manager -d" it attempts to calculate the changes but gives me this error after a few seconds: "An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade: The package 'unity' is marked for removal but it is in the removal blacklist." I tired redsingularity's fix but it hasn't helped. I also tried changing mirrors but this hasn't helped. Bug 947376 seems to think it is just a temporary archive issue, could the same thing have happened again or is this a separate issue?
