apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
odbcinst: Depends: odbcinst1debian2 (>= 2.2.14p2) but it is not installed
  perl: Depends: perl-base (= 5.14.2-6ubuntu1) but 5.10.1-8ubuntu2.1 is
installed
  slapd: Depends: libldap-2.4-2 (= 2.4.21-0ubuntu5.7) but 2.4.28-1.1ubuntu3 is
installed
unixodbc: Depends: odbcinst1debian2 (>= 2.2.11-3) but it is not installed
Depends: libodbc1 (>= 2.2.14p2-3) but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.

Maybe this is caused by the do-release-upgrade failing (a.k.a. we are
testing on a broken system)? I could retest this from the begining (as I
am using an image of the actual server) if you tell me what alterations
I need to do before the do-release-upgrade -d.
