To: Q:Could you try cloning your VM's disk image and running from the cloned image?
A: The process of cloning(with virt-manager0.9.0-1ubuntu3) has just finished. During the cloning process with hardrive cloning/copying, there are some stacktraces in the kern.log of linux-generic 3.0.16 ubuntu serie. One example: Mar 29 10:28:15 ubuntu kernel: [ 481.256085] INFO: task NetworkManager:989 blocked for more than 120 seconds. Mar 29 10:28:15 ubuntu kernel: [ 481.256095] "echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disables this message. The systems keeps alive and was working well after finishing the cloning process. I attach the latest log. There are some more processes that where blocked during cloning, but no ata1 entries. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/965525 Title: kvm Ubuntu12.04 64bit guest got frozen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/965525/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
