I am seeing this as well, without acpi on, the cpu cores on my processor
or only reading 0 (1 processor) It should read up to 7 (8 cores). This
messes with performance greatly. There is nothing I can provide log wise
because everything is running as expected with acpi=off. I cannot gather
logs while boot normally because it hangs.
