I've installed Mint on my laptop a few months ago, so I'm not really capable of testing it out. Mint didn't have the issue, which makes sense since it doesn't use Unity.
It is a long time ago and I'd mostly forgotten about this issue. I guess you can just let this one go, if there are no other bug reports like it. And as you say, if receive_signal() is removed I guess, you'll just have to wait and see if someone else is having this issue. I'm sorry I can't help you here, tho I'm looking forward to 12.04 :) - and happy bug fixing! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/857783 Title: unity-panel-service crashed with SIGSEGV in ffi_call_unix64() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-power/+bug/857783/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
