Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. With which version of Ubuntu did you notice this issue? What
happended when you booted the alternate CD? Did you try booting the
Live CD without the 'quiet' and 'usplash' options, this should return a
more informative error message. Thanks in advance.
