Hi Christopher,

I downloaded 12.04 image (ubuntu-12.04-beta2-desktop-amd64.iso) but when I
tried to boot it on my laptop
it crashed with kernel panic (hardware is the same as in issue below).
I thought it might be an issue with my usb flash drive however I
successfully booted 12.04 on pc with amd processor.
So I can't neither confirm the bug nor decline it.

Please tell me if there is anything I can do (maybe provide you with some
logs or sys info) to help with this issues.
