When you move a window to the side of the screen or to the top of the screen, the window snaps to either the side of the screen for comparing or to the entire screen for full screen. Well, when it moves to the positions, it highlights orange like is intentional; however, it flickers the screen, and I believe it is a graphics error. It could just be a video card incapability, however. I have AMD Radeon x64 graphics card, and I am using a 32 bit version of ubuntu 12.04 Final Beta. I hope I could help the Bug Squad with getting the final release ready.
