Public bug reported:

When I try to connect to my WPA network using knetworkmanager (Kubuntu
Feisty AMD64, ndiswrapper for WiFi, latest updates included), the
connection usually fails at 57%. WEP and unprotected networks work fine.
I found it to be more likely to work in some cases to connect to WPA
when I switched off the bcm4310 card in my laptop for a few minutes,
stopped knetworkmanager and restarted the card, NetworkManager,
NetworkManagerDispatcher, dhclient, dhclient3 and knetworkmanager (maybe
the NetworkManager, NetworkManagerDispatcher, dhclient, dhclient3 and
knetworkmanager restarting steps are not necessarily useful, but I think
it is more likely to work including them). I have made copies of the
systemlog during connecting and unsuccessful connecting but I do not
know how to save them in launchpad, to post them would be too unclear.
But they look, like the NetworkManager tries to reconnect during the
dhcp negotiations, thereby breaking these...

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
