Yes, yes. Every single time. In faster computers, this is mostly negligible, but it sure is a pain in slower computers like mine. To make things worse, the keys you typed while the Dash doesn't show are lost, so you can't just keep typing-- you have to wait for the Dash to load. I'm not home now, but I can record a video to show you when I get there.
