Maybe I'm wrong but I think it's same as a reson in bug #944040 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/remmina/+bug/944040/comments/8), to confirm this: - try run Remmina from console to see error output, - also try to connect directly with FreeRDP (I'm expecting you have 1.x version also).
