Hello, same story for me. At work, I upgraded from 10.04 to 12.04, and can no longer connect to the two cifs shares I had listed in fstab. The kernel is 3.2.0-24-generic. If I boot into the old (2.6.32-41) kernel, it works. I use one share for backups, and the other for file sharing, so it'd be nice to get things working again. Thanks.
