in comment(#14) an 'l' is missing. It should read:
sudo apt-get install librtmp0/precise

When I tried this command, I got a message:
The following packages will be DOWNGRADED:
  librtmp0
Did a 'Y' to 'Do you want to continue [Y/n]?'
and it fixed my problem.

Sounds like the maybe a PPA version vs. Ubuntu version problem, and
adding the '/precise' aka '/target_release' may have been what fixed it?
