Actually, the ratings and reviews feature is a web-based service and so there is a small delay while a background process is invoked to download the ratings and reviews data. Please start Ubuntu Software Center again and give it a bit of time, and then let us know if you still cannot see the ratings data. If you still do not see them, there are further steps we can try that will debug the problem. If you *do* see the data, please report that back as well so that we can close this bug.
