Hello Gary, Thank you very much for the reply. Actually I had tried what you have told but it didn't workout. I had also tried to reinstal the USC without much help. But just two days back I have reinstalled PP12.04 and I am happy that USC shows the ratings, recommendations and the books section actually shows books. Thank you very much for your time and support.
