Can you add this:
owner @{HOME}/.telepathy-sunshine/** rw,
to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.lib.telepathy, then do:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.telepathy
then log out and back in and see if it works? If not, can you attach the output
of:
$ grep apparmor /var/log/kern.log
** Changed in: telepathy-sunshine (Ubuntu)
