It happens with Spanish translations too. After upgrading to precise Kaffeine is in English and doesn't let change the language to Spanish.
As a workaround, I have downloaded the package language-pack-kde-es-base from oneiric repository and unzipped it with Ark (also unzipped data.tar.gz, which is inside the deb package) and moved the file kaffeine.mo to /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES. After that, Kaffeine is in Spanish as it was in oneiric. Perhaps this workaround can be applied to other languages. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/993383 Title: Translation for Kaffeine not included (precise) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-kde-de/+bug/993383/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
