I believe the issue I am having is related. The app window on multiple screens will not display all the time and appears inconsistent on when it will.
As shown on the screen shot the window has chrome as the window to display however no menu as it is locked to firefox in the other workspace. When you jump to the other workspace the app menu jumps to google chrome.
