On my system what triggers this bug is whenever i pull up a flash video
within firefox. Also I have mplayer open playing some other random video
file. The system goes on for about a minute before it crashes and i get
kicked-out of the gnome-shell. Falling back at the login screen. I am
monitoring the error and here is what i get from the Xorg.log:

[ 764.750] (**) Option "config_info"
"udev:/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.0/usb2/2-2/2-2:1.0/input/input2/event2"

Backtrace:

Notice that it says device may have been added with another device file? I
guess it looses the /dev/[video-adapter]
No sure what to do?
