3. I was venting my frustration. And I think that is critically important, as 
this *alone* decides the severity level of a bug. No, silent 'voting' is not 
enough. 

Of course, we could have a 'Vote up'/'Vote down' specifically for
comments, so that more useless comments are pushed down.
