I can get to the part about the Library Child window. When I left-click (hold) and drag a folder, it doesn't go anywhere. The same thing happens with center-click and drag. A right-click gives me an option to cut the folder, but then when I paste it again, the machine decides where it goes. -- "There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please.
