Adam, interesting that the new -intel fixed the issue. Which version of
the -intel driver did you use (it tells you in your /var/log/Xorg.0.log
file).
Andrew, can you also try installing the xserver-xorg-video-intel driver,
changing "i810" to "intel" in your xorg.conf, and see if that resolves
the problem for you too?
