When looking at your terminal log, it is visible that /etc/zce.rc is missing.
This file is part of Zend, so I suppose the package is not installed correctly.
Furthermore, /etc/apache2/envvars also seems to be missing, this file is
managed by the apache2.2-common package.
So try reinstalling/fixing both packages and let us know whether your
problem got fixed by that.
