+ 1. create a new folder and open it
+ 2. create a new text file in the newly created folder
+ 3. see the newly created text file appears in the Files lens of Unity
+ 4. now open "privacy" in System Settings and add the newly created folder to
'Don't record activity in the following folders' section in Files tab
+ 5. open files lens again and see the newly created file is still there.

+ If you delet the history of last hour in 'Recent items' tab then the
+ contents won't appear in Files lens even after next access...

+ When adding a folder to the exclusion list in the Privacy settings, do not
record the activity of these folders is expected.
However, using the Dash search shows the files that are into these folders.
For example, if I add the Music folder to the exclusion list and then use the
search with the "mp3" word, music files are showed.
