Sorry, should have mentioned I'm getting an "eject failed - Failed to eject "1.0GB Filesystem"" dialog box plus a bubble/notification saying "writing data to device". lsof shows tumblerd is accessing a .flv file in the root of my usb pen drive. Is this related to showing thumbnails in thunar? Surely if it's doing that it would only be reading though, not writing to the drive? It takes about 5-10 mins before I can eject it without getting any messages.
