I posted the result of "ubuntu-bug linux" in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1006918 Please merge it with this bug. Today the russian-speaking (I'm in Russia) tech-support contacted me and told they won't do anything as it is shipped with Windows 7 and all other OS doesn't matter for them.
