I contact with Beagleboard RMA team, they give me a patch kernel here
http://dominion.thruhere.net/koen/angstrom/beagleboard/usbfix/ .
I tried it, same issue. Does not solve my problem.

I believe the kernel they send me has the patch in it. They give me the
same link you give me.
Currently, I don't now how to compile the kernel. I am still learning it.
Anyway, RMA team let me send the board to them to check it. Maybe it is a
hardware issue, instead of software.
